When it comes to weight loss I will try just about any fad diet or weight loss program/supplement. I've tried Herbalife, Zija, Advocare, Shakeology, and 310 Nutrition. I would say that all those products have the potential to work if used to the T but I'm a busy mom and I would forget to take my shake to work or take my pills.
